Profiling: Writing down details about your characters to ensure there are no inconsistencies within story.
Family Tree: If there are several characters draw out the connections

Pro's & Con's of characters: List all the good & bad things about your characters to use when writing

Modes of Narration: First person(I or we), third person (he, she, it, they), Narrator (omniscient observation)
Memories: Use the things you know to add realism
