Watch this space ... she is amazing :)
Most people have many special memories stored in their head like their own personal treasure chest. But there is always that one which stands out above the rest. Mine is the time I discovered writing. People would look at me and doubt that I could ever become a writer. I am quite quiet and lack confidence so find it difficult standing up to these doubters. However, when I write I can lose myself in my characters and put all my thoughts on paper. I let my characters speak for me.
What inspires me?
Well it can be that song on the radio that you can't get out of your head. Maybe even a film, or a book by one of your favourite authors. I like you use animals as my characters. Especially two legged ones in particular little mice and rats. But these are special animals they are human like. They speak, wear clothes and do everything a normal family does. Maybe one day I could inspire a budding author. I am proud of the stories and characters I create. They all have their own little quirks and I love bringing them to life.
I know where my flaws lie, bad grammar, my head so full of ideas that my fingers can't type quick enough to keep up. I often wonder if my stories are good enough. Maybe one day .......

Time – Looking Back
What if there was a way to turn back the clock. To make all the bad things right like the rainbow across the warming sky following the rain. If only everything was like the happy endings in fairy tales, instead of all the grim unpleasantness we hear in the news. Or sadness and horrors were no more than a simple dream which vanish away when woken up. What if we could find a portal that could lead into a brighter world.
Looking back in history we now see that some people or animals have wrongly been given a bad rep.
One example being rats … blamed for the black death, or the plague as it was also known. When actually it was due to a flea infecting the rat, the rat also died. In reality pet rats are friendly, cute and social creatures that only want one thing in life, to be loved and love back. You can get a pet rat from rescue centres or a breeder. Buying rats from a pet shop is a big no-no, as they have a bad reputation for operating rat farms, similar to puppy farms. These rats get very little human interaction and as such are very scared, won't come out of their cage, have had no stimulation and will probably be more prone to bite.
I know there is no magic wand or spell, but If there was there should be one to make sure there is no discrimination.
